TL;DR : We wrote an EP with Realitycheck and it's out today on Music For Commercials! Half of the money will go to environment preservation collectives, so please be generous and feel free to buy the release on Bandcamp.

Here's the story.
A few years ago, as you may know, I decided to take a break from all genres of dance music. I left clubs, sound systems and party people to dive into a completely different aspect of electronic music production.
I spent years learning to use my studio as an instrument and it's been a journey I enjoyed every moment of.

But at some point I felt the need to get back to hard hitting kicks, swarms of neuro percs, polyrythms and bold synth hooks.
I started working on a few bars of Demand Generation, and I got a feeling Realitycheck would be the perfect partner to bring something new to my approach of production.

And that was a great idea. He added his signature swirling build-ups, his finely crafted dubs in motion, ghostly vocals, and really took parts of the track somewhere else.

We worked really fast, sending stems over stems, and in a matter of weeks, we had 2 tracks arranged and ready for mixdown.

A few weeks later Realitycheck came up with the final piece of the EP, Ultimate moment of Truth. And we built a fantastic arpeggi-driven ambient piece to complete the release.

I think we put together a real collaboration and I'm sure you will feel the music is inhabited. Let me know how you feel about it.

We release this project on Music For Commercials, with friends, people who care about what we do, and also try to make the earth a better place. Upcycling VHS or floppies might sound pointless or arty, but it's a stand they take.
So the whole project will be available physically on VHS : a special 15 minutes video creation put on tape, with the 3 tracks as a soundtrack. They're going fast, you should get one now.

We will give 50% of the money to environment preservation NPOs. Feel free to drop a few bucks, these people need money and support these days.
